REFUND POLICY & WARRANTY

Your happiness matters most to us. That's why we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Should your order not live up to your expectations, contact us, and we'll promptly refund your items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jstcase.com for further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. The costs of the return will be covered by the customers. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately providing us with a photo of the package and damaged items, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will promptly reach out to you with instructions regarding what to do next. 

Make sure to send your email within 48 hours, we won't be able to consider later complaints.   

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (personalized items), final sale items and eGift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jstcase.com.

5. 12 Month Warranty 
At Jstcase, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We are committed to ensure that our customers receive products that meet the highest standards. Please inspect the quality of items upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. As part of our commitment to our customer satisfaction, we offer a  warranty. 

- Phone Case: 12 month warranty 

- IPad Case: 12 month warranty 

- Macbook Case: 6 month warranty

Warranty Conditions 

Our warranty only covers items which have been purchased from our website. Items provided as replacements under the warranty are not covered for further replacements

- Products that have been refunded for any reason are not eligible for warranty replacement 

When submitting a warranty claim, include at least one high-resolution photo or video clearly showing the defect. If the claim is valid, we will replace the item with a new product

If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or solution. Refunds are not included

For gifted items, we will need to match the claim to the original order using the order number or the buyer’s details

Promotional items and gifted items are not covered by this warranty.

- The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects and does not apply to damage caused by:

- Installation or application failures

- Drops and falls

- Intentional modifications or third-party repairs

- Items not sold by us or our authorized resellers

- External factors such as loss, heat, fire, water, or other fluids

- Damage from poor storage, animals, or varying environments

- Aesthetic changes due to normal wear and tear, such as scratches or color alterations
